Training Courses

If you run, or plan to run a food business it is essential you have a good knowledge of food hygiene and food safety.

It is a legal requirement that any food handler within your business is trained commensurate with their duties. This Food Safety Training 4does not necessarily mean that they have to have a food safety certificate, however you will need to demonstrate that they have been trained appropriately.

It is recommended that the person in charge of the business and/or supervisors should be trained to a higher level than those they are supervising. You may wish to consider undertaking further training if you currently have the level two food hygiene training.
