If you run, or plan to run a food business it is essential you have a good knowledge of food hygiene and food safety.
It is a legal requirement that any food handler within your business is trained commensurate with their duties. This does not necessarily mean that they have to have a food safety certificate, however you will need to demonstrate that they have been trained appropriately.
It is recommended that the person in charge of the business and/or supervisors should be trained to a higher level than those they are supervising. You may wish to consider undertaking further training if you currently have the level two food hygiene training.
We are a registered training centre with the Royal Society of Public Health and the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.
Our food hygiene courses provide training for businesses in line with current food safety guidance and legislation.
